Since 2018, King City Community Power has continued to provide competitive electric generation rates compared to PG&E. While we purchase energy to power your homes and businesses, PG&E will continue to deliver power and maintain the distribution lines. PG&E delivery charges do not change if you are a KCCP customer.
CARE, FERA & Medical Baseline Discounts
PG&E will continue to honor your CARE, FERA & Medical Baseline discounts whether or not you are a KCCP customer. You do not have to reapply for these discounts.
Looking at Your Bill
There will be no changes to how you pay your bill and your service will not be interrupted. PG&E will continue to collect all charges and then remit those collections to KCCP.

Solar Customers & Net Energy Metering
Net Energy Metering (NEM) is a program available to customers that have installed a private rooftop solar energy system. If you are on PG&E’s NEM program you are automatically enrolled in ours! Check out KCCP's NEM benefits below:
Rates stay the same whether you are pulling power off the grid or putting it back on the grid.
Each month we will charge or credit our customers. If your bill results in a credit we will roll it onto your next bill.
In July, if your balance is over $100, we will send you a check for your entire balance*
*$5,000 max
